La Fédération Incompétente de l'Automobile (F!A) rend hommage, avant tout, aux pilotes et aux constructeurs. Une écurie ne fait que la gestion d'un pilote envers sa voiture. Une écurie n'a aucune importance, si bien qu'un pilote peut participer au championnat sans devoir passer par une écurie.
